Cameo Locket Vintage Pin Signed Coro Collectible Jewelry

This is a lovely cameo locket which features a mother & child and hangs from a filigree pin. It is signed "© Coro", a quality American jewelry maker which closed in 1978. The cameo material looks like carnelian but I believe it's resin. The metal looks like vermeil, but it isn't marked as such, so it could be brass. Size: locket is 5/8 in. wide; interior indent is 3/4 in. diameter; pin plus locket is 2 5/8 in. high. This piece is in very good vintage condition (clasp is not snug - it should be tightened somehow).
