Fine Hand Beaded Purse by Charlet Circa 1900
This hand beaded evening purse has a tan background and tiny gold beads in a zigzag pattern. It is marked 'Charlet' on the inside pocket of the original silk lining. Purse has a goldtone frame and link wrist chain. The clasp is missing a rhinestone on one ball. The lining is in good condition with some spotting. The outside of the bag has one area of four missing beads. Among thousands of beads, that is not bad! Size: 7¾ inches (19.7cm) wide x 6¾ (17.2cm) high. This antique purse is in very good condition for it's age. Circa 1900. (#55084-Y)
